Simon and Chris (founders) were two students who had the idea to create PoM (Peace of Mind). They wanted to create a company that had sustainability in the forefront of their mind, ethical working standards and supporting local communities. They initially developed their business through market stalls, and then through buying trips in India. Originally PoM was solely stone set silver but evolved into the accessories and jewellery wholesale business we now see. After marriage, children and then grandchildren, Chris stepped back from PoM whereas Simon is still very much a pivotal role in the business.
